Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Our goal is to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All packaging and shipping is done in house, so if we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at merch@luanagroup.com within 15 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
